The puppy is guaranteed against any congenital or hereditary defects that would prevent it from living a normal life until the puppy is 12 months old. Written proof from a Veterinarian of such defect must be presented within 48 hours of first sign of "problems", (and may be verified by the seller’s Veterinarian). This guarantee is in effect until the puppy reaches 6 months of age. Should a defect surface prior/up to the puppy reaching 6 months of age, puppy would be returned to breeder immediately and a replacement puppy would be provided as soon as possible. Please note we only breed puppies once per year, sometimes less. No cash refunds or other compensation for expenses will be given (we do not pay vet bills).
We certify that this puppy is healthy at the time of sale/shipment. He has received his first shot at 6 weeks and has received de-wormer medicine. Buyer has 48 hours from time of receipt to take puppy to a Veterinarian for a well check-up or the contract is void.
Buyer agrees to provide regular vet care including recommended vaccines or preventative medications.
Current Food: Purina ONE Puppies. If you intend to change the food, you must do so very gradually to prevent digestive sensitivity or upset.
Papers: Buyer will receive Temporary Puppy Registration form with the puppy and is their responsibility to register the puppy with the International Olde English Bulldogge Association.

The puppy/puppies are guaranteed until 12 months of age against fatal and life altering congenital diseases which adversely affects the health of the animal. If the dog becomes ill or dies within the 12 month of age time frame, the buyer must inform the seller immediatly (within 48 hours) and must pay to have the animal examined/autopsied to determine the reason, if the reason is found to be congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy.
All puppies covered under this guarantee are for replacements only. We do not issue refunds for any reason. The Seller will not be responsible for any medical expensed incurred. The Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means providing trips to the veterinarian and understands he/she will be responsible for all payments. As of the date of delivery, the puppy/puppies will have received there proper vaccinations and deworming.
A puppy showing any defects will be replaced as follows:
The animal must exhibit the defect within the 12 month time frame. The Seller must be notified of the problem within two business days of the licensed veterinarian’s determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and the Seller will provide a replacement
puppy of equivalent value.
A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized within the 12 months of age timeframe and with the prior permission of the Seller to qualify for a replacement puppy. No refunds, in full or in part, will be given under any circumstances. A returned puppy must be returned to the Seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the Buyer’s expense. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy/puppies.
The Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the Seller for the replacement puppy/puppies. This guarantee applies to the original puppy/puppies only and is nontransferable to a second party. The puppy/puppies will be one mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy/puppies may not be from the exact same parents of the original puppy/puppies. Any physical problems which are or could be a result of injury is not covered under guarantee.
There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy/puppies regardless of show or breeding potential exhibited as a puppy.
This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements. This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled. The Buyer must agree that he/she understands this contract fully.
